The OENOVITI International Symposium & General Assembly 2024, took take place on 14th and 15th May 2024 in ASTI, Italy.
The theme of the 2024 Symposium was:
"Water From Vines To Wines: Viticultural, Microbiological, Technological, Composition, Including Grapes Withering."
This Symposium was divided into 5 sessions:
- Water in viticulture: climate change, irrigation, biological changes with water, incidence on the berry.
- Water and microbiology
- Water & oenotourism
- Water and wine technology
- Water in grapes and wine composition
The discussions were highly engaging, providing valuable insights into the network's evolution, ongoing projects, and future initiatives.
We are delighted with the success of this event and wish to extend our heartfelt thanks for your participation.
